A lease or yard handover can create a firm removal date. Share that date early, along with the contact authorized to release the container. Confirm when gates and utilities will remain available and whether other move-out work will obstruct the truck. TCT needs to assess the requested schedule before you rely on a particular collection day.

Have the new location ready before release

Show the receiving entrance and the intended position, including door direction. Resolve who will meet the delivery and keep the unloading area clear. If the container holds business inventory, provide weight and cargo details rather than treating the relocation as an empty-unit move.

Can you quote before the new property is fully cleared?

Send current photos and explain exactly what will change. TCT can identify the information needed for a review, but final access must match the agreed plan. Updated photographs may be needed once vehicles, fencing, or stored materials have been removed.

Denton: plan a storage relocation around a clear handover

For a Denton move during a business or property transition, identify the last date of outgoing access and the first date the new position can receive the unit. Provide a contact at each location and explain any unfinished clearance work. Confirm the container's final contents before scheduling. This helps avoid a move that solves the removal deadline while leaving the delivery arrangements unresolved.

Can keys be left for the transport crew?

Discuss access arrangements explicitly. TCT also needs a dependable contact, release instructions, and an agreed placement plan; a key alone does not resolve those responsibilities.
