An Irving office address may lead to a visitor lot instead of the yard where a container sits. Include a marked map or photo showing the equipment gate and the route inside the property. Describe security check-in and any one-way internal lanes. Confirm those instructions with the person managing the location before scheduling transport.

Prepare a complete commercial pickup

Ask whether the container can be reached directly or whether stored inventory must move first. Report trailers parked in front of it and anything attached to the unit. At delivery, reserve enough space for the handling operation and departure, not only the container's final footprint. Decide the door direction before the truck arrives.

What if the site requires an appointment?

Provide the appointment procedure, contact, and available hours with the quote request. TCT needs to review that window alongside travel and delivery conditions. An appointment at pickup should not be booked independently of the receiving property's availability.

Irving: make site check-in part of the transport instructions

For an Irving facility pickup or delivery, obtain the equipment gate, check-in location, appointment reference, and contact who can resolve access questions. Explain any difference between the postal address and the operating entrance. Send current photos of the unit's position and the receiving area. Administrative arrival instructions should support the physical handling plan rather than substitute for it.

What if security cannot find the release reference?

Provide a reachable facility contact before the trip. TCT should have a clear route for resolving an access question rather than arrive with only a general office number.
