A Rosenberg container purchase may come with a limited collection window. Before relying on a pickup date, confirm the seller's release requirements and the receiving property's readiness. Tell TCT about the deadline, appointment process, and any loading assistance. The schedule needs to account for both properties and the actual handling work.

Know which container will be released

Provide the lot or unit identification and photographs of the container you bought. Confirm dimensions, height, condition, and loaded or empty status. Ask whether it is accessible or blocked by other units. If the seller substitutes another container, update TCT before collection so the transport assessment matches the unit being moved.

Prepare the final approach in Rosenberg

Show the entrance from the road, the route through the property, the turning area, and the intended position. Mark the door end and explain any private crossing or soft surface along the path. A long open property may still have a restrictive entrance. Arrange who will provide access and confirm placement during the agreed window.

Does transport include holding the container until my site is ready?

Do not assume intermediate storage or staging is included. Explain any gap between the seller's removal deadline and your receiving availability at the beginning. TCT can review the required scope and schedule; ordinary collection and delivery should be planned around a prepared destination.

Rosenberg: organize a seller pickup with a prepared destination

For a Rosenberg move following a container purchase, confirm the seller's unit number and release contact before coordinating the receiving appointment. Have the destination contact mark the door end and clear the reviewed unloading approach. Tell TCT if any preparation is dependent on another contractor. This helps separate completed requirements from promises that may still affect the move.

Can the seller's pickup deadline be treated as my delivery appointment?

No. Share both requirements so collection, transport, and placement can be coordinated within an agreed schedule.
