For a Vernon collection, confirm the unit identification, release hours, and loading responsibilities. Ask whether other inventory must move first and whether an operator is available if seller equipment is required. TCT needs those arrangements verified before relying on the planned collection window.

Keep the destination ready within the same schedule

Show the approach and unloading area, mark the door direction, and arrange a reachable receiving contact. Explain any unfinished surface or gate work. If either property's availability changes, notify TCT so the complete trip can be reviewed again.

Can a receiving delay be handled automatically?

Do not assume waiting, intermediate storage, or a second trip is included. Explain known timing risks in the quote request and report changes promptly. The service scope should reflect the arrangements actually needed at both ends.

Vernon: use a readiness checklist before a scheduled transfer

For a Vernon move with a fixed collection window, confirm the unit, access keys, release authority, receiving contact, and cleared destination before the transport date. Record which person owns each task. If one task remains unfinished, update TCT promptly rather than assuming it can be resolved while loading takes place. Both sites need to support the same appointment.

Can I request a delivery hold if the destination falls behind?

Ask before confirming the move. Waiting, alternate placement, storage, or another delivery attempt must be discussed rather than assumed to be included.
