For an Amarillo request, verify the container identification, release contact, hours, and loading arrangement. Ask whether the unit is accessible or needs other equipment moved first. TCT needs those details before planning travel so unresolved pickup conditions are addressed while there is time to coordinate them.

Check the receiving space beyond the footprint

Show where the vehicle can approach, align, unload, and depart. Include overhead conditions and surface limitations. The receiving contact should have a marked placement photo with the door end identified and keep the agreed work area clear.

What if weather changes the planned move?

Share current conditions at both sites and any change affecting access or handling. Scheduling and suitability may need review. Do not rely on an old site assessment when the surface or operating conditions no longer match the information provided.

Amarillo: prepare a change plan before the transport date

For an Amarillo container move, nominate who will notify TCT if release, weather, site readiness, or receiving availability changes. Keep current photographs and contact details together with the unit information. Discuss fixed deadlines and flexibility separately. If the reviewed approach is no longer usable, raise that before dispatch rather than assume another area can be chosen on arrival.

Can weather-related site changes be left to the driver to assess?

Tell TCT as soon as you know conditions have changed. Updated ground and access information should be considered before equipment travels to the property.
