Prepare the receiving area before the seller releases the unit
For a new storage location in Anna, coordinate site preparation with the purchase timeline. Confirm the final position, suitable surface, and door direction before booking collection. Tell TCT if grading, gate work, or other preparation is unfinished. A container ready at the seller still needs a workable place to unload.
Show what the truck will cross
Photograph the approach, including transitions from pavement to gravel or soil. Report recently disturbed areas and known buried features along the proposed path. If the ground changes after rain or site work, provide new information before the vehicle travels. An earlier photo may no longer represent current conditions.
Should I mark the placement with stakes?
A clear marking or annotated photo can help communicate the desired position, but it does not establish that the handling equipment can reach it. Have TCT review the approach and working space first, then keep the agreed location and access clear for delivery.
Anna: keep a new receiving area accessible through site work
For an Anna property preparing for container storage, coordinate delivery with any planned fencing, paving, or landscaping. Photograph current access and explain which work will be completed before arrival. Mark the door direction and a route for eventual retrieval. If the container is being purchased before the site is finished, share the seller's release deadline so both schedules can be reviewed together.
Can fencing be installed immediately before delivery?
Check the access plan first. A fence or gate installed after the initial review may remove turning or alignment space even if its opening appears wide enough.
