Ask the Greenville seller for a current photo showing the container's surroundings. It may be blocked by inventory or require yard equipment to make it available. Confirm who handles that preparation and when it will be completed. TCT needs the collection arrangement before a transport date is finalized.

Match the release window to receiving readiness

Provide the seller's hours and the destination contact's availability together. Explain unfinished site preparation and any fixed collection deadline. The quote should account for the complete handoff, including how the container will be unloaded and which direction its doors should face.

What should auction paperwork identify for transport?

Share the lot or container number, collection address, release contact, appointment instructions, and removal deadline. Confirm that release requirements are satisfied before scheduling collection. Do not assume an auction description includes loading assistance unless the seller confirms it.

Greenville: keep auction release instructions with the unit identity

For a Greenville auction collection, match the lot reference to current photographs and the container identification. Ask the seller whether the unit is accessible, whether loading help is included, and who handles appointments. Explain any collection deadline separately from your preferred receiving date. This helps TCT review the actual pickup without assuming the sale paperwork describes all handling requirements.

What if the auction invoice does not state container dimensions?

Obtain the actual length, height, modifications, and condition information from the seller. The lot description alone may not provide enough detail for equipment selection.
