Auction purchases can have specific pickup windows and loading arrangements. Obtain the seller's release contact, appointment procedure, and confirmation that the unit is available. Ask whether it is accessible on the ground or needs other handling first. Share those details when requesting a quote so the collection deadline is considered from the start.

Avoid a mismatch at the destination

Verify that the container dimensions match the unit you bought and the space you have prepared. Show the truck entrance, approach, and proposed position in Terrell. If the auction's loading arrangement requires coordination with particular equipment, TCT needs that information before assigning transport.

Does a removal deadline guarantee a pickup date?

No date should be assumed until the job and schedule are reviewed. Provide the deadline early and explain any flexibility or appointment limits. TCT can then assess the request with the release conditions and receiving-site readiness in view.

Terrell: turn an auction deadline into a complete pickup brief

A Terrell auction-container request should include the lot number, release instructions, collection deadline, and the seller's stated loading assistance. Check whether the photos show the unit on the ground, on a chassis, or blocked by inventory. Explain any appointment procedure and whether the named buyer must be present. TCT can then assess the transport request against the actual collection requirements.

Does an auction's loading description cover unloading at my property?

Usually these are separate arrangements to clarify. Send the auction terms and receiving-site details so the quote identifies the handling required at both ends.
